Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope

For all orders placed via our website or directly through our communication channels (such as WhatsApp), the following Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply in the version active at the time of the order.

2. Ordering Process via WhatsApp

The ordering process for our books is handled directly and simply via WhatsApp:

• The customer sends us an inquiry regarding the desired book via the WhatsApp link provided on the website or the telephone number.
• We check availability and calculate the shipping costs based on the customer's delivery address.
• We inform the customer of the total price (book price + shipping costs) and share a secure PayPal payment link.
• After successful payment via PayPal, we send the book by post to the specified address.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

The book prices displayed on the website are final prices. In accordance with § 19 UStG (Small Business Regulation), no VAT is charged or declared.

The displayed book prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs depend on the customer's delivery location (within Germany, Europe, or worldwide) and will be calculated individually for each order and communicated to the customer prior to payment.

4. Exclusion of Returns and Exchanges

The return or exchange of purchased books is excluded.

Due to the individual processing and small business operations, we cannot accept returns. Please ask any questions about the book content or condition via WhatsApp before making a payment.
